We aim to give you a positive training experience at Suffolk Country Dog Training (SCDT) and therefore ask that you read theses terms and conditions, by booking any training you are agreeing to them. All classes and 121 sessions are payable at the point of booking so please make sure you are sure that the dates are suitable for you. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of plans, however we operate a 48hr cancellation policy, failure to notify us within this time will mean you will be charged for the session.

Training rules

• Dogs must be kept on lead at all times, unless instructed otherwise.
• Make sure that your dog has a well -fitted collar, that they cannot slip out off.
• Please don’t come training if you or your dog are unwell.
• Dogs vaccinations must be up to date.
• If your dog is in season please don’t come to training.
• Clean up after your dog and use the poo bin to dispose of the waste.
• Give all dogs and handlers space, not everyone wants to say hello.
• No adverse training equipment please.
• Please don’t use any of the equipment unsupervised.
• No vehicle access into the farmyard, parking is at the house.

The welfare of you and your dog is very important to SCDT and we will endeavour to provide a safe environment for you to train in, but due to the very nature of dog training we ask that you pay due care and attention to your own safety and those around you.

All equipment will be maintained to a high standard and the training and information we provide will be up to date and appropriate. If you have any worries or concerns please raise them immediately, so we can address them promptly.
